Dr. Fite is a native East Texan who has been practicing with Precision Spine Care since 2014. He and his family moved to Texarkana in the summer of 2019 to help fill the growing need for pain management services in Texarkana and the surrounding area.
Dr. Fite completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M University in College Station (WHOOP!) before receiving his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston McGovern Medical School. He then completed his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship at the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Dr. Fite provides a personalized multimodal approach to treating pain that is primarily focused on patient education, physical therapy, conservative non-opioid medication management, general wellness, and minimally invasive procedures. His goal is to provide quality, comprehensive care to reduce his patients’ pain while simultaneously improving their functionality and overall quality of life.
