Dr. Andrew Vest is a fellowship-trained interventional pain physician serving patients at Precision Spine Care in our Longview and Texarkana locations. He is passionate about helping individuals regain control of their lives by identifying the root cause of pain and providing advanced, minimally invasive treatment options designed to restore mobility and improve overall function.

Dr. Vest earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas and his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. He began his journey in pain medicine in Tyler, Texas, where he worked alongside Dr. Aaron Calodney, developing a strong foundation in interventional pain management.

Following medical school, Dr. Vest practiced at a Level I trauma center in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he gained experience treating complex medical conditions. He later returned to Texas to complete his fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Precision Spine Care under the mentorship of Dr. Aaron Calodney. He enjoys spending time outdoors in the company of nature and is excited to move and set up roots in the communities of Texarkana while serving patients throughout the Ark-La-Tex region.
