To our valued patients:

As previously communicated, we are continuously monitoring the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, to ensure the safety of our patients, physicians, employees, and guests. Due to the recommendations of various health authorities, additional measures outlined below are being adopted.

Patients with upcoming appointments.
We are permitting only one caregiver or essential visitor to accompany patients to our locations at this time. If you have traveled internationally, traveled to California, Colorado, New York or Washington, traveled on any cruise ship, had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days or experiencing any of the symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath or fatigue, we must reschedule your appointment for a future date.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you may reach our Triage team at 903-592-6000, option 2, to better assist you. Upon arrival at our clinics, we will be screening every patient and accompanied caregiver/essential visitor prior to check in to identify and limit potential exposure to COVID-19 in our clinics.
Heightened lobby practices are in place. After screening and check-in, you will have the option to wait in your car until treatment time. When your room in the clinic area is ready, we will contact you on the mobile phone number provided.
Precision Spine Care Employee Preparedness.
In addition to heightened sanitation and hygiene practices, we have implemented a no-contact policy. As much as we would like to greet each of you with a handshake, at this time we have asked all employees to use verbal greetings only. Our physicians and clinicians may utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment during your exam, as well. These measures are not to be fearsome but to simply safeguard each of you.
Employees who travel to areas identified by the CDC with a high-level Travel Health Notice are being monitored and the recommended actions are being taken. Employees have also been asked to practice increased wellness prevention at work and at home to decrease the spread of sudden contagious illnesses.  Lastly, daily employee screenings are in place to ensure related symptoms are identified with the appropriate action taken.
As this evolves, The Precision Spine Care leadership team and physicians will continue to monitor the coronavirus situation and take actions needed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all is of top priority. We will be updating this information as new details become available.
Thank you for the continued trust you place in us. If you have any questions, please let us know.
