Dr. Allison Gorski is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine and fellowship-trained in interventional pain management serving our Texarkana location. She brings nearly three decades of experience providing advanced pain care to patients across New England and has held leadership roles as Chief of Anesthesia and Medical Director of multiple pain programs.
Dr. Gorski earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University, graduating cum laude, before completing her Doctor of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her internship at Malden Hospital and residency in anesthesiology at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton, Massachusetts. Following residency, she served in the U.S. Army as a staff anesthesiologist and Chief of Cardiac Anesthesia at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, before completing fellowship training in interventional pain management.
With expertise in spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, intrathecal drug delivery, vertebral augmentation, and regenerative medicine therapies, Dr. Gorski has helped countless patients manage complex pain conditions including neuropathic pain, cancer pain, and degenerative spine disorders. She is also passionate about teaching and has served as faculty for national neuromodulation and spinal cord stimulation training programs.
She looks forward to continuing her passion for helping patients restore function and improve quality of life through advanced interventional pain treatments while serving in the tri-state area of Texarkana.
