Courtney has been a dedicated nurse since 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas Tech University and began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit in Fort Smith, Arkansas. After relocating to Texarkana, AR, she joined the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Wadley Regional Medical Center, where she served for five years.

While working full-time at Wadley, Courtney pursued advanced education and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Central Arkansas in 2025. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Courtney lives in Texarkana, Arkansas, with her husband, Anderson. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors and watching the Arkansas Razorbacks.
