This notice is to inform you that Jeffrey Wasserman, M.D. will no longer provide medical services on behalf of Precision Spine Care, effective as of 5:00 pm CDT on Friday, July 1, 2022.

Patients who wish to be treated by Dr. Wasserman may request to have a copy of their medical records transferred; original records will be retained by Precision Spine Care. He will continue to practice at the current Carrell Clinic office building and in Rockwall and the contact number is 972-572-6101.

Patients who wish to schedule an appointment with another Precision Spine Care provider, please call (903) 592-6000. The Forney office location will continue to be operated by Precision Spine Care after Dr. Wasserman’s departure.
