Rasheed Singleton, MD
Board Eligible, Fellowship-Trained
Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist
Dr. Rasheed Singleton is a board eligible, fellowship-trained interventional pain medicine specialist serving our Non-Surgical Orthopaedics affiliate in Marietta, GA and Conyers, GA. He joins the team with over 17 years of interventional pain medicine knowledge and experience.
Dr. Singleton earned his medical degree from Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Following residency he completed his pain fellowship training at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
During his time at Stanford, Dr. Singleton trained with renowned faculty helping structure his skills in treating a myriad of pain problems through multiple techniques and a fully integrated comprehensive approach.
Dr. Singleton was drawn to pain medicine by the specialty’s ability to allow for earnest conversations with patients that build relationships for advocacy and interventional treatment modalities with their care. “The cornerstone of practicing medicine is the doctor-patient relationship, and all aspects of treatment spring from that relationship. My approach over the last 17 years is to have a conversation as equals about their health and what they perceive as the problem and how I can help moving forward. I am a fervent believer in helping educate the patient on their own body and what is truly causing the pain that is interfering with their life.”
In his spare time, Dr. Singleton can be found traveling with his wife, finding, and enjoying different ethnic cuisine or circled around the kitchen table with family, friends, and their golden retrievers.
Dr. Singleton is now accepting new patients at our Marietta and Conyers locations!
